Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers paid plans of Dueday (dueday.in), a service of Hazell International Marketing Pvt Ltd. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Free plan and early access
The Free plan and early access are free. No payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid plans
- Basic and Pro are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly in advance.
- Prices are shown on the Plans page inside the app, in Indian Rupees, including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation
- You can cancel any time from the Plans tab in the app, or by emailing hi@dueday.in from your registered email.
- After you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your paid features stay on until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and your reminders stay safe.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: the fee for a month that has started is not refundable.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel within 7 days of your first yearly payment, you get a full refund.
- Charged twice or charged by mistake: you get a full refund of the extra or wrong amount.
- Service not working: if Dueday is unavailable for more than 3 days in a row because of a fault on our side, you can ask for a refund or credit for those days.
- Free months from invites, monthly rewards and founding member prices are discounts. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
How to ask for a refund
Email hi@dueday.in within 30 days of the payment with your registered email, the Razorpay payment ID and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Delivery of service
Dueday is an online service. Nothing is shipped. Paid features turn on in your account right after a successful payment. If they do not, write to us and we will fix it the same day.
