How clinics use Dueday

  1. Open dueday.in and in Account set Type of work to Clinic / Doctor. Meetings become Appointments and Clients become Patients.
  2. Add an appointment: patient name, WhatsApp number or email, date and time.
  3. Tap Remind patient on WhatsApp to send a ready message, or let Dueday email the patient a day before and 2 hours before.

Can Dueday send appointment reminders automatically?

Yes, by email. If you sign in and add the patient's email, Dueday emails them a day before and about 2 hours before. WhatsApp reminders open ready to send with one tap.

Does it work for salons and tutors too?

Yes. Choose Salon or Tutor as your type of work and the app uses Bookings or Classes, with matching messages.

Which languages are supported?

Reminder messages can be sent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
